Enable SPI on Up Squared LoRa

Hi,

I have an Up Squared LoRa Gateway (https://up-shop.org/up-systems/292-up-squared-lora-edge-computing.html).
I followed the instructions here https://wiki.up-community.org/Ubuntu and here https://wiki.up-community.org/Pinout_UP2#SPI_Ports to install Ubuntu and to enable SPI, but without success.

I can't find anything related to SPI when I list /dev/

I have an other same board, but where the OS was already pre-installed and I have no problem with it. I probably do something wrong during the installation..
